Super-simpele frisse feestsalade

Deze supersnelle salade is verrassend lekker en heel snel in elkaar gezet. Heerlijk als lunch, bijgerecht of zelfs als hoofdgerecht!

Wat heb je nodig? (per persoon, als lunch)

  • 1 kleine appel
  • 1-2 middegrote aardappelen (afhankelijk van hoeveel honger je hebt)
  • stengel bleekselderij
  • half blikje tonijn
  • 2 theelepels mayonaise

Snijd de aardappels in blokjes en kook ze gaar. Snijd de appel en bleekselderij in stukjes. Meng alles door elkaar, strooi er eventueel nog een beetje peper overheen en roer er als laatste de mayonaise doorheen.

Als je de salade direct eet kan je de aardappels warm toevoegen, als je hem later opeet is het handiger om ze af te laten koelen. Deze salade is nog even te bewaren in de koelkast.

De verhoudingen van de ingrediënten kan je afstemmen op je eigen smaak.
